SECURE TREATMENT SPACE: We are safely and legally OPEN and resuming treatments at Reflexions

Following government guidelines we have prepared a space safe for you to come back to and have ensured that we are fully compliant with all mandated health and safety recommendations.

Precautions we have taken:

• Our whole team has been re-educated and completed a guidance course in infection prevention and control. 

• All bookings made online will include a quick survey to ensure that you are feeling well and have not been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms.

• Our reception areas have been fitted with touch free sanitiser stations that all guests will be asked to use upon entering. There are now screens protecting both guests and receptionists.

• Bookings will be staggered so that there is a limit on numbers of guests in reception areas at any one time.

• All surfaces in treatment rooms will have been thoroughly wiped down after each appointment and of course, therapists will vigorously wash their hands pre and post treatment.

• Where mandatory directives from the government dictate, all therapists will be wearing face covering.
