Cancellation Policy
A booked appointment is a confirmation of appointment attendance. A deposit will be taken upon booking where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This fee is automatically applied to the card on file. Prepayments or sales will not be refunded under any circumstances. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of May 2025 and are subject to change without notice.
Duration
The length of appointment booked includes consultation and any changing time.
Booking
Treatment times may be subject to change and include consultation, preparation, treatment and aftercare advice. If you wish to book additional treatments, we recommend these are made at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to first treatment.
On arrival please check in at Reception.
If you have a preference for a female or male therapist, please let us know at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, this cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.
Arrival
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to fill in a consultation form and relax prior to treatment If you are late for your treatment we will endeavour to maximise the remainder of your appointment time but full charge for the treatment will be taken.
Etiquette
To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed, we request that your mobile phone is switched off during your visit and that you take all reasonable care not to disturb other clients receiving treatment. If you are particularly sensitive to noise disturbance please request a private room (there is normally a supplementary charge for this service). Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Gift vouchers
Once purchased gift vouchers are normally valid for six months only. An extension of up to three months in total can be made if requested before the expiry date. Gift Vouchers must be retained and proof of purchase is not acceptable in lieu of the voucher itself. Please treat your gift voucher as you would cash. Refunds for gift vouchers will not be made under any circumstances.
Medical Conditions & Health Concerns
All treatments booked are subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. . Please be assured our therapists have your health and well-being at the forefront of their concerns. If you have any medical conditions there may be a risk or restriction to any of the treatments listed and you are advised to contact us or your GP prior to arrival. We do ask that all guests complete and return the confidential consultation questionnaire on arrival.
